A Certificate in Project Management provides an introduction to project leadership and the project management process. The certificate prepares students to apply project management and leadership techniques to lead project teams. The curriculum includes an overview of leadership, foundational project management practices, and agile project management methods.
The PRM 6110 Project Initiation and Planning and PRM 6115 Project Execution and Closing course requirements may be waived for students possessing a current Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute.

Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Project Management Certificate at The College of St. Scholastica, the graduate will be able to:
