The Business Management major equips students with the skills and mindset to become effective, values-driven leaders in small to mid-sized organizations. Emphasizing critical and strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, and real-world application of management theory, the program prepares students to navigate complex organizational challenges. Students can tailor their experience through concentrations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, and/or Healthcare.

The student completing the Business Management major will be able to:
