A Master of Social Work degree is a very versatile credential that allows one to enter a field with many and various opportunities. Our MSW focuses on clinical practice which provides the foundation for students to work with mental health conditions across the lifespan. Students will be prepared to assess, diagnose, plan treatment, and provide evidence-based interventions upon graduation. Our program meets all requirements for clinical licensure.

Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Master of Social Work Degree, the student will be able to:
- Foundation Sequence - To prepare students for competent advanced social work practice, including the knowledge based on scientific inquiry, values that foster respect for diversity, a global perspective, and skills for promoting individual and community well-being.
- Advanced Sequence - To prepare students for advanced social work practice in an area of clinical specialization, in ways that foster social and economic justice, prevent conditions that limit human rights, help eliminate poverty, and enhance the quality of life for all persons.
