The Change Leadership Certificate provides an overview of organizational leadership and change in contemporary organizations. Program participants meet online in a synchronous format working with students who are enrolled in the MBA in Leadership and Change.
Upon completion of the Change Leadership Certificate, students should be able to:
- Exercise critical thinking and high level reasoning through effective oral and written communication skills.
- Identify competing values, behaviors, and assumptions that are relevant to the effective implementation of proposed change initiatives.
- Analyze, design, and deliver effective change-based interventions and strategies in an ever-changing global environment.
- Describe and explain to the client system the cultural context that affects a proposed change initiative.
Students must achieve the following program requirements for all courses listed under "Program Required Courses" for the Change Leadership Certificate.
