A Certificate in Project Stakeholder Relationships provides experienced project managers with the insight and skills needed to initiate and foster productive relationships with project stakeholders. The certificate builds upon the basic foundation of project management to emphasize the importance of project stakeholders to the success of a project. The curriculum includes studies on the dignity of all people and the value of team members and stakeholders outside the project team.

Upon completion of the Project Stakeholder Relationships Certificate at The College of St. Scholastica, the graduate will be able to:
