A Certificate in Project Management provides an introduction to project leadership and the project management process. The certificate prepares students to apply basic project management and leadership techniques to lead small project teams. The curriculum includes an overview of leadership, the foundational project management practices, and agile project management methods. All courses in the certificate program may be applied to the full Master's degree.
The PRM 6110 Project Management Principles and PRM 6115 Project Performance course requirements may be waived for students possessing a current Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
