A degree in Project Management provides the project management knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic business awareness to lead effective project teams. Project managers lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve the project goals while delivering the project scope within the budget and schedule constraints. Project managers are skilled communicators who work with a diverse audience to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met and the project goals are achieved. Due to the importance of the stakeholders to the success of a project, the curriculum specializes in building and fostering relationships with all project stakeholders. The program is accredited by the Global Accreditation Center of the Project Management Institute to ensure that the curriculum is both relevant and rigorous. The curriculum concludes with a capstone project where students conduct research to develop a best practices model to assess and address a current need in the project management field.
