This certificate is delivered in an online format, and is designed for any professional interested in improving their understanding and skill set in using the latest technological innovations. The coursework provides students with opportunities to examine fundamental components of educational technology. Students also examine digital inequities and ways to address them. Students will have the opportunity to develop effective strategies for using digital tools to meet the needs of their stakeholders. Courses are aligned with the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Educators.

Upon completion of the certificate in Educational Technology, the student will meet the set of program outcomes within the specialized content/context:
